At SAGA, we empower young athletes to develop strength, character, and confidence through the art of gymnastics, cheerleading and parkour. Join our now world-qualifying gym and experience the incredible atmosphere and fun that comes with training alongside top athletes and coaches in our area. Our athletes train year-round to compete against the best in the state and region.
Whether you’re looking for a laid-back program with flexible schedules or a more competitive, intense training path with longer hours and more competitions, we’ve got a program for you. Athletes can begin competing as young as 5 years old, so if you think you’ve got what it takes to be a SAGA Athlete, come join us!

When is open gym?
Fridays 5-7pm
Saturdays 2-4pm
Who can do open gym?
Ages 6 and up!
How much does it cost?
$5 if you are a member, $10 if you are not a member. Non members MUST sign a waiver before entering the gym area and receive a tour from a staff member on equipment safety.
How long is open gym?
Two hours from the time you check in, but you must finish by the time gym is closing.
Is open gym free for SAGA's competitive team members?
Yes! If you are a staff member or a part of our competitive team, open gym is free of cost!
