Description: 

HUGS Gymnastics is SAGA’s adaptive gymnastics program designed for children with physical, developmental, sensory, or neurological differences. This program focuses on building strength, coordination, confidence, and independence in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.

Each class is intentionally structured with smaller group sizes, individualized pacing, and experienced coaches who understand the unique needs of adaptive athletes. Our goal is not perfection or competition- it’s progress, joy, and personal growth.

HUGS Gymnastics supports:

-Children with physical disabilities

-Neurodivergent athletes (including autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences)

-Athletes who benefit from additional support, structure, or modified instruction

-Athletes in HUGS Gymnastics work on foundational gymnastics skills such as balance, strength, mobility, coordination, and spatial awareness, while also developing social skills, self-regulation, and confidence.

Cost: Custom to each athlete 

Duration: Custom to each athlete

Schedule: Beginners Class (Level 1)

Fridays- Class time determined by you and coach.
